Women-centered care. Wellness-focused practice.

Whole-person behavioral services integrating mind, body, and spirit. A modern alternative to traditional mental health services.

Behavior analysis and wellness services in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, based in Edina—helping women shift patterns tied to stress, worry, and overwhelm, reduce reliance on substance-based coping, and build intentional, values-based lives.

Our Specialties

  • Our individual behavior therapy services are grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)- informed Clinical Behavior Analysis, combining evidence-based strategies with a values-driven, practical approach to change. Services are offered in-office, virtually, and throughout the community. Though we might have the same goals, our approach is behavioral and should not be confused with traditional mental health services.

  • We use Behavioral Activation and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) informed Clinical Behavior Analysis to help clients engage in life again. We help clients reconnect with purpose, vitality, and meaning in life. Our work supports lasting skill development while guiding clients toward fuller, more engaged lives that reflect their hopes and values.

  • We use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) strategies and behavioral science to reduce stress and address burnout at its roots. Our approach prioritizes natural rhythms and renews clarity, integrating mindful restoration practices to support sustainable performance and a more intentional, centered way of living.

  • Through personalized, holistic reduction strategies and ACT-informed practices, we support clients in cultivating a healthier relationship with substances—aligned with their personal goals.

  • We offer body-based mindfulness as an experiential practice. Through gentle, trauma-sensitive movement and nature-based experiences—such as forest bathing, Tai Chi, yoga, and Qigong—this offering supports grounding, regulation, and present-moment connection. This emphasis is note based in ABA.

  • At Restore, we love working with groups of people who share the same goals and desires for change. Our group work helps to support community, accountability, and shared learning experiences that can enhance the effects of our work together. We do this in groups held weekly and in retreat-style events.

We are a women-led organization dedicated to helping individuals and groups cultivate genuine wellness through a balance of behavioral science and natural, holistic practices.
