Yes. We offer virtual sessions in Minnesota, many US states, and even abroad- depending on the service. We also offer in-person appointments at our Edina office and community-based sessions in variety of MN metro locations. Select group programs are offered both virtually and in-person. Our retreats are offered in Minnesota and throughout the US.

Our first session together will be focused on understanding your reasons for reaching out, learning a little about your story and your goals. Together, we begin identifying clear directions for change and practical steps that support hope, growth, and real progress.

We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide documentation that clients may submit to their insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
